Hello, my name is Harry Cesena and in 2020 my wife and I inherited my parents’ home. We decided to do a complete renovation of the home as it needed some repairs, and we also wanted to update it’s look to a more modern beach contemporary style.

In 2021 after consulting and interviewing with several General Contractors we decided to employ B2 Constracting, Inc. for our renovation.

Bruce the owner of B2 Contracting, Inc. was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and had many years of experience in the construction/renovating business. If it weren’t for Bruce’s knowledge many of the items needing attention (we feel) would have been overlooked. As we began to open up Pandora’s box we learned many of the additions performed during my parents’ time were not properly performed nor were they to code. Therefore, requiring us to address these issues and have them corrected. Thankfully, Bruce treated us like family and always looked for ways to make the necessary adjustments while keeping our expenditures within or near our allocated budget for this project.

We can truly say that our experience and relationship with B2 Constracting was excellent.

I live in Seattle and needed someone I could trust to manage the project for me..someone who understood what was needing to be done in a timely manner. This company is great and the phone gets actually picked up personally and friendly. Bruce was extremely helpful for a smaller job, that most other companies would not do, yet it can be a key element in a construction/renovation process.
